Hi we sent our application for the adjustment of status on April 15 as I came on a k1 visa I needed to adjust my status and we received a RFE may 6 asking us to send an updated financial support I think it’s because my husband tax return last year didn’t meet the guidelines but his current job is around 62k a year and it’s only the two of us how should I proceed? Should we explain that yes he earned less last year but this year he got a new job two months ago and is currently earning a little more?
