I’m currently staying in a town near Mt. Fuji to do some hiking and was wondering if there are any swimmable waterfall basins south of Kanazawa?
I understand that many of these falls are labeled as shine/sacred sites and therefore are inaccessible so it narrows down the choices greatly. Additionally looking for a waterfall that is a little more “off the beaten path” as to avoid as many tourists and locals as possible. Additionally I understand the risks of waterfalls and how to identify and avoid them.
