I have 5 electricians in my family and over the years I heard nothing but complaints about quoting out small jobs. I started doing some research and you have companies like service titan and turbo bid. Service titan you have to demo the product, onboard, set up your company profile, and this takes months. Even after all of that it’s a couple hundred dollars a month per tech. Turbo bid is desktop only and you have to go line by line to build your quote. This led me to create Sparky ⚡️
About the product:
You describe the job you are doing, type in the zip code, some additional questions will pop up if needed to provide an accurate quote, browses through my national electric price book, applies the regional multiplier, and then it spits out scope, and line items you can directly edit from the same screen. You can then send out the quote to your customer via email or phone, see when they open it, decline it, accept it, and they can sign right from their phone so you aren’t chasing signatures or loose paper. *future functions will include payment over app and a whole scheduling platform*
I would love some feedback on what looks good, what looks bad on the dashboard. Since this is my first shot at this any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Looking forward to what this product turns into.
