Inherited from my grandmother, who lived in Querétaro Mexico. I believe the stones are real emerald and diamonds but need to check.

I was unable to get information from my grandmother on this and she didn’t share any history of her jewels with her children.

Any additional info would be great! Not looking to sell just enjoy learning

Inherited from my mom; they belonged to my great grandmother.

We are from the Sierra Gorda Queretarana in Mexico and traditionally these earring were given to females when they achieved milestones (adulthood, motherhood, etc.) in their life.

I am unsure how far back the earrings go in my family but I know they are old.

Any additional info/ insight would be great. 😊
