Hello all!
My partner and I have been saving and investing since we started working. We both come from extremely humble backgrounds, basically what you’d describe as poor.
We have been lucky and have had good judgment picking stocks and we have a decent amount of money invested. We saw this as a way to build a nice retirement and a better further for our children.
We are shocked by the news that the NL will implement a tax on paper gains.. it’s absolutely madness. We are considering leaving the NL if this law comes to fruition.
I wonder what are other people plans in regard to this and their fire journey?
