Bloom.io CRM feature questions

I’ve been on the search for a CRM as a wedding vendor (hair & makeup team) and I came across bloom. I am on the trial period and for the most part I seem to like it however, before I fully commit, I’m finding a couple things that I cannot find the answer to if someone can help me answer. I tried messaging support and it said replies in a few minutes but that isn’t the case:

- in the automations, I wanted to send a trial follow up email but confused with how the automation would not mistake the trial date versus the event date. I wouldn’t want to have 2 projects for the same bride.

- I currently implement a credit card on file with my current contract platform and I’m finding bloom doesn’t have fillable contracts (is that correct?) if it is possible, how can I make that work?

- when I send an invoice with a contract attached, is there a feature that makes the client sign prior to paying?

- small detail: i watched the invoice tutorial and saw it said “deposit”. Would I be able to change the verbiage to retainer?

I appreciate the help, thank you!
