I wasn't entirely blindsided--we were expecting bad news at our ultrasound since I had been spotting which progressed to bleeding and cramping over the last 5 days. We unfortunately did receive bad news, baby was gone. We had been trying for 15 months to give our first a sibling and it stings. For now, we grieve but we will try again soon.

Hoping the rest of you lovely people have smooth and uneventful pregnancies.
