Has anyone experienced issues with the OnVUE app only allowing one photo of their Passport during check-in when the proctor is asking for both front and back?
Just an hour ago my exam got revoked for this. I made the room images successfully but when it came to the Passport photo step, the app only showed a single slot for one photo. The proctor contacted me twice asking me to photograph both sides of my ID card, but there was simply no second slot in the app — I scrolled and rotated the phone but nothing changed. I had to reschedule as a result.
I previously passed another Azure cert without any issues.
I'm rescheduled for Saturday and genuinely worried the same thing will happen again. Has anyone experienced this? Did switching to a driver's license fix it? Any advice on what to do differently would be appreciated.
