Hello everyone! I am considering starting to clean homes for airbnb or vrbo as a second job. The only thing is, I work at my primary job from 9am - 6pm. Would it be worth it for me to attempt this as a second job? I wouldn’t mind cleaning that late, i’m just not sure if there’s a market out there for late night cleaners. I do have cleaning experience as my primary job is a leasing agent, so I do have experience cleaning and tidying up apartments, as well as cleaning at my house. What would a good rate be to charge others? I was thinking $50 per house since I am just starting out. Would love to hear your opinions before I invest in this new venture. TIA!!
