So I am currently working an entry level job at a large department store. I am leaving in 3 months as I am moving to a different location and they are currently hiring to replace me and other people leaving the store. My girlfriend is desperate for a job to help her pay for college and I am considering recommending her as a replacement for my current position. I just worry that it could be unethical as we would obviously overlap for around 3 months until I move away. I have been working here for over a year and just wonder how I should go about asking my manager if I even do.
