Just played a game vs. Pyke and Twitch in SoloQ where I had Seraphine supp. Literally could not walk out of tower range without either getting hooked by Pyke or jumped by a Twitch. I tried to play safe under my tower but I just ended up being 2-3 levels down and losing a ton of waves. Feels like I have to either pick Sivir or literally go 50+ CS down until they eventually dive me under my tower and roam mid. What do I do?

Thresh and Naut are killing me in the bot lane and I'm not sure what to do.

They'll usually be a holding a freeze under their tower because maybe my jungler didn't help secure the push after ganking or maybe because my support griefs the wave state by using his support item charges too early or by accidentally spamming abilities on the wave or something. I try to stay in exp range but I just end up getting hooked in. I try to hide behind the minions to block the hook but they'll usually just walk past them and hook me anyways. Sometimes I can get away with some nice footwork but more often then not I just end up dying. Same thing happens even when the lanes resets and meet back in the middle.

What can I do? Can I even do anything without jungler/mid intervention? Is this just a top lane 'weak side warrior' moment where I have to go 40 cs down and hope the mid-game somehow goes well? I try to ask my support for help but they're just as scared as I am to walk up to the wave.
