I took my test last Wednesday and results were reported last Thursday and I still haven’t heard anything from the MRO, I don’t hear anything if I passed, can I be 100% sure I’m good

I tracked my urine specimen and it was revived and results were reported the same day (last Thursday) and I haven’t heard anything, does this mean I passed?? Pls lmk if anyone knows
