Should this be 220 volts?
I just moved into an apartment and ordered laundry machines. I showed the appliances dealer this picture so they put the correct plug on the dryer. Just to be sure it was live, I probed this plug with my multimeter and I'm only getting 120 Volts AC. Shouldn't this be a 220 Volt outlet? What should I do?
