I have been using Sony WH-1000XM4 for almost 6 years and I love them, they have amazing noise canceling and the physical build of them feels very high quality and sturdy while still being light and comfortable.

I recently bought bose quiet comfort ultra and I am hugely disappointed. Mediocre noise canceling aside, the build quality feels fragile and cheap, like I could get the same feeling headphones for 20 bucks off Amazon. They are super light but somehow still not very comfortable. The lightness feels more like cheap quality than a deliberate feature.

It's pretty disappointing because they're very cute (cuter than Sony headphones which is admittedly why I switched brands). I have continued to use my Sony headphones since receiving the Bose headphones because they are just so much better in every way.

Please can someone tell me if I am missing something or just crazy for this.

Love bose speakers though :)

Edit: they are 100% not fake, I got them directly from bose and they're also just very clearly not fake lmao.

Also im not a Sony lover??? Or a bose hater??? I own bose speakers that I love and Sony headphones that I love. Im just confused on why these headphones feel so cheap.

Sound is ok but definitely not the best I've heard, I like the options in the app. But I miss the handling of my sonys, with the touch features on the right headphone (ik bose has buttons and a dial thing but its just not hitting the mark for me)
