I’m a solo developer working on an AI chat app called ChaytAI. It supports both SFW and NSFW chats and lets you create your own characters for RP or conversations. It’s still a work in progress, so I’m mainly looking for honest feedback from real users.

One thing I’ve noticed is that some people get confused when using the site, so I’ve been working on improving that. I’m also planning to add pages for instructions, documents, and guides to make everything clearer.

It’s an AI character roleplay/chatbot site focused on mobile-friendly chatting, character discovery, recent chats, and fallback models so users don’t instantly hit dead replies when one model gets rate-limited.

The idea is simple: people who use Character.AI alternatives often care about fast replies, roleplay formatting, less generic characters, and being able to return to old chats easily. I’m trying to build around that instead of making another generic chatbot wrapper.

What I think might be weak:

- The market is crowded.

- The homepage/discovery experience may not explain why someone should stay.

- The character quality may not be strong enough yet.

- The model/credit system may confuse new users.

- The mobile app experience may still feel rough.

- It may look too similar to other AI character sites instead of having one sharp identity.

What I want roasted:

- Landing/discovery page

- First impression

- Trust/legitimacy

- Character cards

- Mobile UX

- Whether the value prop is clear

- Anything that makes it feel cheap, confusing, or forgettable

Please be blunt. I’m trying to figure out whether this looks like something real users would try, or just another AI chatbot site in an already crowded space.
