When I'm driving down the road and there are no cars behind me, but someone breaks their neck cutting in front of me from a side street or parking lot. Really? Why can't they just wait a few seconds for me to pass?

I fully acknowledge that this might be in my head. But does anyone else's rotator cuff tear cause pain in the front upper portion of your chest and/or back? I re-tore mine in October when I was 2 weeks post op. The pain has steadily gotten worse, and it's so bad that I can barely function even with pain meds. I'm living on Tylenol, Zanaflex, Percocet (5mg), Voltaren gel, and Naproxen. I can only use the Naproxen sparingly because of my kidneys - NSAIDs make me swell up like Violet in Willy Wonka.
Does anyone else experience this? I don't know if it's referred pain or in my head.
Side note: I see a new doctor Thursday. I was supposed to have a repair done this week, but my original surgeon wouldn't perform it because I literally have no one to drive me home. His surgery scheduler was super nasty about it, thus the need for a new surgeon.
