Hi guys,
I started taking pictures of the night sky with my a7cii but I don’t want to carry the gear. So I’m thinking about buying a smart telescope (s 30 pro or dwarf 3).

Obviously most time I will not use it in my backyard. I think about using it a lot on mountain huts and while camping.

Such a telescope does not require my full time presence and that is where I got a problem and no solution….

How do you guys secure your telescope from theft ?

My first thought was oh yeah they will have a Kensington slot, so no worries.. but they don’t…
Second was using a movement alarm wire, but also how to attach it to the telescope?
