I really want to share my extremely negative experience with 2 Lenovo Thinkbooks, which I purchased last August. In addition to issues with the keyboard on one of the laptops, there are also serious problems with the screens on both laptops. The anti-glare coating peels off very easily from the screen when there is slight pressure on the top of the lid. The damage was in no way caused by us! This happens when the laptop is kept in a sturdy protective sleeve inside a backpack. The damage is visible on exactly the same place on both laptops. Even though this is clearly a manufacturing defect, Lenovo will always try to blame the customer in this case and shirk responsibility.
Replacing the screen won't help either, because this damage will occur on every screen. So for me, it is too late, but definitely keep this in mind if you're considering purchasing a Lenovo Thinkbook!
And don't count on any solution from Lenovo support!
