Hiii I’m looking for someone to sublease my studio at Jefferson Flats.

Details: DPS Studio + private everything + private washing & drying machine + balcony + bathroom+modern kitchen + refrigerator + oven + microwave + dishwasher + student houusing + 24 hours security + 5 minute walk to main campus

Rent: S2,000/month (originally $2,400 but I’ll help pay to $2,000)

Looking for: May 15 2026- Aug 20 2026 (anytime between these dates)

Sublease will be completed officially through the leasing office.

Very private and convenient studio within DPS. 24 hours security and it’s very safe. It has gym, study rooms, and the room has a balcony. No additional furniture is needed, and you can move in directly!
