I just had a go with the SRA criminal advocacy sample Q and had a thought about applying the sentencing guideline.

For those of you who did it, >!the sample put it in B2, I personally do not agree to this. The domestic factor imo should be in aggravating factors not 'vulnerable victim'. I put it in C2 instead. I also had a chat with AI and it agrees with me. I'm not sure if I'm correct. !<

I am just wondering, if I got the wrong category in the actual exam, am I cooked?

In the advocacy mock with my provider, I was marked down when I got the category wrong but I didn't fail just because of it. Is this still the case in the exam? Thanks
