Everyone is staring at WTI and Brent daily fluctuations, but check the internal conviction at Tenaz (TNZ).
On April 10th, the board issued a fresh round of PSUs (Performance Share Units) to the heavy hitters. The strike/reference price? $60.71 Don't believe me go look at the management information circular package.
- COO Jenson Tan: 45k units ($2.7M+)
- VP Biz Dev & VP Geo: 35k units each ($2.1M+)
- Total Insider Ownership: Now sitting at a massive 16.3%
Management isn't just holding, they are tethering their net worth to the $60+ level. We’re currently trading right around this "baseline." With the May 27th Annual general meeting coming up and Q1/Q2 earnings expected to be a "grand slam" this looks like the floor is being set by the people who actually run the rigs. I believe Q1 we will get an announcement there three wells are on time or up and flowing with massive cash flow from current ttf prices. Q2 Europe needs to refill for winter we are already 45 days in to Q2 with those wells up and running or even hitting production now, These guys will be rerated once again into a monster house.💎🙌
