so ive recently looked at trying to recover an account that i lost around 9 years ago, i lost the original email because google had their "age verification" and as a child at the time i wasnt able to do it, i cant remember my username either and i got hacked. up till recently i was able to find some bank statements with the purchases i made on my account but when i tried to contact roblox support and give them all the proof they need theyd just reject it and tell me they need the username otherwise they cant help me and theyd just tell me to make a new account.

im trying to get this account back because i spent a ton of money.

i hope anyone is able to help with my issue.
