Post transfusion pain and aches

I have a question..
I know many people addressed this before but I would still appreciate some insight on my situation.
I got an iron infusion last week Wednesday (May 6th). On Wednesday.. I felt very sleepy after the infusion and Thursday + Friday I felt normal. Friday night I started feeling this pinching pain between my shoulder blades, which then turned into full blown pain in my shoulders and back.
I’m feeling aches all over my body and consistent pain in my upper abdomen, below my ribs. My heart rate was between 100-110 on Saturday and hovering between 90-100 on Sunday and today. I developed a very mild rash (small bumps that tend to be a little itchy on my hand where the IV was put in, but nothing crazy)
I feel occasionally mild chest tightness but also nothing intense. Headaches and neck stiffness too that radiates towards my shoulders.
I don’t know the dose of iron I got. My ferritin was at 6 and had been like that since 2023, my doctor recommended first try the oral supplement route then try other options. (Oral gave me horrible constipation)
Nobody really discussed the side effects with me except for the possibility of an allergic reaction right at the time of infusion or right after.
Has anyone had anything similar happen? Did you just wait it out?
