Hello there.

I am currently suspended with pay pending investigation from my job as bar supervisor in a large venue in the U.K.

I have worked for the company since June of last year and I have a senior position.

My question(s) is this;

If I hand in my notice (notice period is one month from date of issue) do they keep me on suspension with for the that time or will they just terminate my contract?

I have a minimum hourly contract of 30 hours a week.

Would I have to return to the site to work the last of my notice or would they still keep me off site but still pay?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated
