I have had a CPAP for 3 years now. Been through multiple pressure changes and masks, I'm a mouth breather so I've only been able to do full. I literally hate using CPAP. I feel like It makes me over breathe to where I feel more exhausted like I just did a huge cardio workout. I've mentioned this multiple times and had pressure changes and regardless of the pressure I still feel the same way. I also feel more tired because of this. When I don't use my CPAP I sleep beautifully and feel 10x better. I literally have no side effects of not using it. I'm not groggy or tired or anything when I don't use it. I feel more refreshed without it. I'm a heavy sleeper so I never had issues sleeping or staying asleep but did snore.

I hate the dry mouth lockjaw tight feeling when I wake up (Even have an external water tank hooked up.

I even force myself to stay awake way later now because I hate using it. I was praying that on the vacation we just took that my luggage disappeared and got lost w/ my CPAP in it.

I honestly just wish I could delete my Sleep study so I can go back to normal sleep.

I started looking at Inspire but looks like there are soo many mixed reviews. What are all the options out there? what are your opinions on alternatives. Any advice on how to destroy my CPAP?
