Looking to buy a house and I’m noticing a lot of houses have pre-inspections. I came from a market where no one had a pre inspection or if they did they didn’t show it to potential buyers. So what’s with this? For those who have bought houses, is a pre inspection even trustworthy? Do you still recommend getting your own inspection even if there is a pre inspection? Also what’s with home inspectors not being licensed in MN?? How do you know what inspectors to trust? Please if you have bought a home here let me know what the real honest scoop is
