I took 2.5mg Finasteride for 6 months. Had a severe crash with dry tight skin. Lost sebum but now is returning and face feels better. Recently, my cheeks, temples and eye area had sunken in fairly rapidly. I'm afraid that drug effected my fat pads. What tests should I do and are there any treatments to stop the progression or is there nothing that can done. Would loss of sebum cause malleable skin that could cause this? I am thin and may have lost some weight, but I don't think enough to cause this. I feel like time is not my friend.
