Nag serious sa caloric deficit last January by getting a private chef for 1 month and then doing my own meal prep afterwards.
First 2 weeks was hard AF because of food noise and brain fog. Then I got used to the feeling of hunger and not looking forward to my next meal.
Also decided to focus more on calisthenics and less weight lifting because my goal is to achieve an V-taper aesthetic physique.
