Hello!

I have been fortunate to get interviews for both Bs as EH coming from finance/banking (rejected after final round at both..). Oddly I cold applied to Bs when I saw they were hiring but went to a target school so that could’ve helped.

I also applied to M a few months ago and was rejected before R1 (could have been Solve but unsure of my score).

I would like to try for M too, but I’m sure now how to get past Solve/resume screening. Would it be good to have a referral?

Is it appropriate to send thank you notes to your interviewers for R2? Does it have an impact?

In R1, my interviewer gave me his email so I felt better about messaging him. But I feel like if they don’t provide them they don’t want to get spammed.
