Calling leads

Hi,

I’m somewhat new to the UK vending scene, which by the sounds of it seems to be slightly more difficult than over the pond in America. I currently have 4 smart fridges in place, and it’s going very well.

As you can imagine, I’ve basically skipped the hard part in terms of lead generation, so now I have the problem of not knowing how to generate leads. My emails never get a response, and my calls don’t really go anywhere, and to top it off, I work long hours (7-7) at my full time job, so any business that operate only during weekdays are off the cards for in person visits!

I wondered if anyone has a good approach over the phone? I sometimes feel as though I get to the point way too quickly, and find myself almost trying to set up a deal there and then. Does anyone have a process when calling?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, I bought a 140k mile 2003 520i the other day and have had it serviced. All good, but only issue that’s cropped up is there’s a leak on the radiator.

I’ve got to take it for a long drive, and so have decided to replace it rather than chancing it.

Does anyone have any recommendations for radiators? Ideally something aluminium, and not much over £200. I am also avoiding OEM so that I don’t get the same plastic cracking issue again.

Thanks!
