I started on 25mg two months ago and one month ago went up to 50mg. I have read that it takes up to 3 months to see its true effects but I am considering upping the dose already due to continuous smaller pimples and a recent cyst the size of a dime. From what I’ve seen online it seems like majority of people have the best results from 100mg. My skin is purging like crazy right now and I fear that I am gonna wait the full 3 months and wished that I had upped the dose sooner.
