I have a question. When I try to access the AKM event or the seasonal event, I get a message like this: "Downloading resources. Yes, it's taking a long time. Restart the game..." I also can't access the shop to spend the free tickets; it gets stuck on the banner (loading event page. Please try again later). I can't access any other banners in the shop either, but I can access the rest of the items normally.
How can I fix this? (I've downloaded all the resources and nothing works.)
