I have a wash and fold business and it feels as though my attendant is slower than she should be. She is doing about 50-100 lbs per day, orders are backing up and taking multiple days to turn around. She doesn't sit around a lot but i think she is just slow. Trying to see how many lbs/hour normal wash and fold attendants process. for context she works 4 days a week for 5 hours per day total of 20 hours per week. She has processed around 450 lbs this month and we have 550 lbs of orders so she has about 100 lbs still waiting to be processed (4 orders that came in Monday she wont have done until thursday)
