Can someone, anyone, tell me what is the end game for these people?

Do they have any concept that if there were all of these legal loopholes for people to avoid speeding fines/taxes etc that they would then be available to all of us?

And thus if they were available to all of us, we could all do it and then society would collapse into a self centred chaotic mess, devoid of all cohesion.

Do they think* this far ahead?

Are there sovcit 'leaders' who discuss this and have thought about this?

All I ever see are clichéd weirdos who have toddler tantrums about a speeding fine/waiting at a border crossing/some other minor rule spouting nonsense that they themselves don't understand.

Make it make sense.
