I'm researching a problem that many parents face — struggling to remember and communicate their child's health history at doctor appointments.

I'm exploring whether there's a need for a simple app where parents can log daily symptoms, medications, reactions, and sleep patterns — and the app automatically creates a clean one-page summary before each doctor visit.
