Is 3.5 enough to ego death? I have taken heroic doses in the past of other strand but never tried makilla gorilla. Also if Im not feeling it enough would u recommend smoking weed?

This is such a small problem and ik i probably sound like a brat but i have my endoscopy a week after prom so I had a peice of bread today and ended up looking so bloated and i dont wanna look like that at prom. Do u guys have any tips or is there a chance the endoscopy would work if i just ate a lot of gluten the week before it.
