I feel like I've wasted the last four years in terms of career growth. I know it's my mistake-I trusted my PL that a promotion was just a matter of time, given the number of P1 flags and my extra contributions to the organization. The peak of frustration has been reached now that I realize that once again, I won't get a promotion. Meanwhile, the person I mentored in my previous company-who was a junior back then-is now being promoted to a senior manager position. How do you handle this frustration and find motivation to work hard on your project when you know it's a dead end?
