Ok so I laughed so hard when I saw Dorit on the website that I had to buy him! My boyfriend and I laaughed for a solid few minutes on the website. His new name is Dorito 💀he’s adorable and I love his hair lol butttt the quality on jellycat now?? I included my bab’s for reference and a before pic of Dorito. I had to trim so much around his eyes since you essentially couldn’t see them. And with the prices just increasing and the quality getting worse it’s kind of frustrating. Dorito was the same price as my one of my bab’s if not maybe more expensive? And the quality difference is noticeable :( idk I guess it’s just frustrating spending all of that money for the quality to be bad now. I know it’s something others have mentioned in here and it’s kind of turned me off from the brand. Cuz why spend $60+ on JC when their quality is not there anymore? I really love the manatee in the new collection but it being $75 is crazy to me 😭 idk I guess this is just a rant?? But I love my little Dorito lmaooo and ofc all my other jc’s but I guess in the future I’ll just be buying less until their quality goes back up again :)
