Okay so my period is 14 days late I usually always get it at the end of every month, I got it today may 3rd and the blood is brownish red. I’ve been on a diet and 10k steps everyday the past month, so im guessing I missed it because of that. I didn’t gain any water weight but when I was supposed to get my period last month I did just no period. Will I gain any water weight on my period or none at all?
