Showing my current setup, obsessed with my new ear jacket!

Hey, need some advice pls 🙏

I have:

Double forward helix (~8 weeks)

Conch + 3rd lobe (~9–10 weeks)

Titanium flat-back labrets with 14k gold tops

Aftercare: saline 1–2x/day + water in the shower.

My issue is pressure during sleep - I’m a side sleeper and I have tried different donut/travel pillows and my ear isn’t touching anything, but I still feel this weird “indirect pressure” from the area around it (like when your face feels pressure on a massage table). My ear ends up a bit swollen after.

I’m a very sensitive sleeper, so I’m sure I’m not lying on it.

Is this normal? Any tips or pillow hacks to avoid that pressure?

It’s driving me a bit crazy 😅
