For the first time, I bought several things from under the Nile for my baby- I was really excited. Spent several hundred dollars on it. It has been a month now and I have not received my package. The company is not responding. They responded once and then they completely ghosted me and kept my money. I haven’t seen anything bad about this company so I’m wondering has anyone else had a really shady experience like this? Are they a legit company? Or is something going on with them currently? This is pretty concerning because they’re just keeping my money and ghosting me.. so odd and concerning.
Edit: still no response and not even a basic apology. I would not suggest ordering from this company if you want to actually receive items and not have them keep your money. So sad because it seemed like they were a good company, but obviously something really sketchy going on with them now .
