Sub Behavior
Hi! I have been out the last 4 days due to being in a wedding for my best friend. Student has testing for some of those days and class for some of that time. I got notified by a co-worker that one of the notorious bad groups of students had acted up for the substitute. These students have had issues (thankfully I’ve been able to get a good hold of them for the most part) all throughout school with subs and even other teachers.
I keep my students on a strict routine with or without me in the room. How should I approach coming back to school Monday? These students are in 10th grade, yes TENTH! We also have 10 days of school left. I need support and help on how to handle this situation. I haven’t had any issues all year with a sub except for now. Thank you!
