My father has a field beside the home house where I always thought id eventually build a house on but with planing permission these days I just always assumed it would be impossible so I bought a house elsewhere, now living elsewhere I just constantly want to be living back home close to my family. Theres no infill, existing dwelling etc in the field. Is there any way around this to eventually get planing permission even a long term solution. Going off rumors ive heard from time to time on how people bave gotten planing permision, I was thinking that if I were to build a shed and have it there for x amount of years would I be able to then knock it down and replace it with a house? We already have a shed and decent size of a yard so If I were to farm a few sheep would this work?
