Loosely inspired by some salads I have seen on Chef & My Fridge!

1 korean melon

1 good apple

3 mini cucumbers

4 thin slices celeroot

Perilla oil

Apple cider vinegar

Green plum syrup

Toasted black sesame seeds

Skin cucumbers, cut into thin quarters

Skin most of melon, leaving strips for color. Remove seeds if desired- I am not the boss of you. Cut into thin slices

Skin apple, leaving small strips of color. Cut into eights, remove core, cut into thin sliceds.

Skin celeroot, cut into thin slices (save nost of it for something else) then julienne into small strips.

Mix apple cider vinegar, plum syrup, and perilla oil until uhhhhh it tastes right.

Toss dressing with salad, top with toasted black sesame.

I knownthe celeroot seems weird AF but it adds a fun earthy element with a ton of texture. Anyway, if anyone tries this, let me know what you think! I just made it up, but the perilla oil, acv, and green plum syrup combination, it is so good and refreshing!
