Hi, so I have really bad pain in my lower/mid back. It fluctuates but has been extremely bad as of late - right as I’m in the middle of my a-levels☹️

The GP has had me on 30/500mg co-codamol and 60mg nefopam hydrochloride for months but I was in the hospital 2 days ago and they told me that I shouldn’t be on these meds at all and need to work to getting off of them.

But I’m in the middle of my a levels and my pain is so bad when I need to be locked in revising! So I guess 2 questions I wanted to ask, wondering if anyone has any guesses:

How can I temporarily cope with the pain for the next ≈40/45 days?

What actually is the long-term solution? Is it possible to ever fix it?
