Hi, so I did the Bain SOVA test last year and applied for the Associate consultant role and I didn’t pass the screening round. From my understanding everyone gets the Bain test. My question is this time I have a referral, as I will be reapplying within 1 year time frame will I be required to retake the solve test? And with referral if I underperform in the Bain online test will I still be called based on referral or no?
