Bug ID please!

My mum lives in hill suburbs in Dunedin. For the first time this year (having lived in her house for more than 60 years) she has been getting these bugs dead on her windowsills. I got a hit on orange Ichneumonid wasp from google. What do you think? She never opens the windows in the two rooms where these are appearing. Also, should we be worried that these are appearing inside? Thumbtack for scale. Thanks!

Our dishwasher went on fire during normal use over the weekend, the fire department attended and luckily we were in the kitchen when the fire started and acted swiftly, so no other damage, no one hurt etc, just we now have an ex dishwasher (fire dept had to get it out quickly so the original fire plus the resultant damage to the frame). As it’s a likely mechanical fault our contents insurance doesn’t cover it, so that takes us to the CGA.
It was purchased from Kitchen Things Wellington in November 2020 which went into liquidation in August 2025, so as this company no longer exists, we can’t have the conversation with them about reasonable lifespan (which according to Consumer NZ should be around 10 years for a dishwasher, particularly a premium brand). I’ve emailed the manufacturer (Asko AU) and started the conversation with them, asking for a remedy. They’ve asked for a report from the fire department which we have requested, so too soon to tell what their position will be in the end. I’m just a bit unsure whether them being in Australia impacts on our rights under the CGA? Particularly as their former NZ vendor (Kitchen Things) was liquidated. Any advice?
