Just made a revelation I’m experiencing some type of neuropathy pain. What supplements combat it ?

Every other month I experience a hellish week where none of my antihistamines work to stop this pinpoint burning pain like something is tugging on a single body hair and biting me and it’s a hot fire burn that’s impossible to ignore at night. Complete unlike my dermatographia flares which now makes complete sense why my antihistamines don’t treat it.

Anyone with this have any success taking certain supplements ?
I’m thinking of taking a b12 liquid

Does anyone else experience this sensation where while you’re sleeping there’s like a single point that burns more than an itch?

Like something is actively biting you. I swear it’s like if a body hair is being tugged so something can dig into my skin

This is a sensation that happens maybe 1 week out of every other month. And it drives me nuts like my antihistamines do not touch this type of burn. Is this neuropathy?

Package handler orientation tomorrow. Appropriate attire for first day ?

No interview process so I’m assuming I get thrown right onto a belt pretty quick? Can I show up in some gym wear, shorts and tennis shoes first day? Or boots and jeans? I hope to pick up as many as hours as they allow every week, can I make a good impression for this goal ?

Edit: orientation day 1 was 25minutes lmao

I’ve been running through hip flexor pain that only occurs 1 mile into my runs for 3 weeks. It is only present when I lift my leg up quite high so the threshold for pain is easily avoidable but unbearable for any meaningful runs

I’ve stopped running through the pain. Haven’t ran in almost a week and I want to do everything I can to avoid regression. My previous training consisted over intervals once a week and two 5ks a week alongside weight training. I’m still weight training painlessly, bigger focus on glute training and unilateral strength

What can I do to keep my aerobic base from collapsing ? I went from couch to 5k and worked too hard to reach 8:30/miles just to lose all the progress from a stupid hip pinchhhhh.

Just applied for full time warehouse. Can I expect to get a compressed schedule ? Im used to this kind of work but it’s a 2 hour long commute there and back and really can’t do 5 days as a student.

I’ve heard people do part time and just pick up shifts that way but I’m really trying to get as many hours as I can through the summer. Does part time have a cap?

It drives me nuts because I’m asleep when it happens but I feel the pressure of me doing it almost every night and makes my crap sleep crappier. What the hell is this bruh. Layering pillows starting tonight I’m sick of it
