My landlord texted me on 29th April informing me my rent is increasing from the 1st of June.

Is he supposed to give me 2 months notice or does this not apply because he informed me before the 1st of May (when the new law is in place)

And does this mean he cannot increase my rent until June 2027?

I had a few rounds of subcision and tca cross. I saw results within a few weeks. My scars are more shallow.

I’m now 6 weeks post second round of erbium. My scars look the same. In the morning they do look better

I’m wondering if I should get one more round of erbium or get microneedling

Rubbing cotton pads on my skin is irritating it. I also think the micellar water is very drying. I use the bioderma one

What else can I use to remove spf? Can I use the ordinary squalane cleanser?
