Has anyone at UCF ever gotten a late Grade Forgiveness submission accepted?

I missed the deadline because I had a lot going on in my life. A family member passed away the week before finals, and between that, studying, work, and trying to finish the semester, I completely missed the Grade Forgiveness deadline.

I know deadlines matter, and I understand it was my responsibility. I just wanted to ask if anyone has ever been able to submit late or had their situation reviewed.

If you have any experience with this, who did you contact? Registrar, advising, or someone else?
